Do you fully believe it in your heart, and are you walking in the freedom and abundant life Jesus died for us to have?

We are so blessed as Christians to have the Word of God and to be able to read it in freedom in this country at this point in time. However, with opposition increasing against Christian beliefs this may not always be the case. So, we need to treasure it in our hearts and get familiar with what it says while we have the chance!

The Bible is our guide book for life; instructions for right living!

God and His Word are one! He cannot deny His Word or His character. God, Himself, inspired men to write it!

2 Timothy 3:16-17

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Surely if we love God, we should want to know what He says to us? What He requires of us.

We should want to be complete and thoroughly equipped!

Unfortunately, so many Christians have not read the whole Bible and are very ignorant about what it says.

Ignorance and lack of knowledge give the Devil access.

Hosea 4:6

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.

If Christians knew the Word of God, and lived by its principles and truths, and stood up for it – the world would not be in the mess it is today!

Jesus 12 disciples changed the “then-known” world by living by it and proclaiming its truth.

Words are an expression of a person. They are containers of power!

God’s Word has a life and power of its own that is life changing!

If God’s Word is our guidebook for life, it is no wonder that people are going astray, getting off track and getting into trouble and their lives in a mess, if they don’t know what it says!

We are on a journey and our destination is heaven, but we need to follow the map/guidebook to get there!

It is our job to bring our thinking, our will and emotions in line with God’s Word and His ways, because He is the source of all wisdom. He has the plan.

If you want to become a master builder, you need to do an apprenticeship and learn to do what that master builder does. You can’t just do what you think and expect it to work!

We need to learn to follow our Master do what He did.
